The retirement board may sue and be sued in its own name. Such suits shall constitute suits by or against the members of the retirement board in their representative capacities and not as individuals. 2. Service of process on the retirement board shall be sufficient if ten copies of the pleading or other document to be served shall be served upon the secretary of the retirement board at the principal office of the retirement system during business hours. -------- (L. 2005 H.B. 323)
