Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGES Chapter 87 • Effective - 28 Aug 1989 87.095. Funeral expenses to be paid. — Whenever an active or retired fireman shall die, as aforesaid, the board of trustees shall appropriate from the fund a sum not exceeding one hundred and fifty dollars to the widow or family for funeral expenses.
