Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGES Chapter 87 • Effective - 28 Aug 1939 87.390. City treasurer ex officio member of board. — The treasurer, in all cities in this state to which sections 87.380 to 87.490 are applicable, shall be ex officio treasurer of said board, and as such shall have charge of the funds and securities provided for herein.
