Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGES Chapter 88 • Effective - 28 Aug 1949 88.040. Condemnation of property — appeals from judgment. — Appeals from the final judgment of the court on jury verdicts shall be allowed to any defendant, defendants or the city as in condemnation proceedings by railroad companies, and shall be controlled and governed by the same rules as far as the same may be applicable.
