Withdrawal from service, when, reentry after withdrawal, how made — forfeiture and reinstatement of creditable service, when. — 1. Upon withdrawal from service, any member who is not entitled to a normal annuity, deferred normal annuity or disability benefits pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall forfeit all rights in the fund, including the member's accrued creditable service as of the date of the member's withdrawal. 2.
