Part-time legislative employee retirement benefits — funding. — In each fiscal year in which retirement benefits are to be paid to retired employees described in paragraph (b) of subdivision (21) of section 104.010 because of the provisions of section 104.352, funding for such benefits shall be provided as set forth in section 104.436.
