Title VIII PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, BONDS AND RECORDS Chapter 105 • Effective - 28 Aug 1959 105.276. Fraudulent use of facsimile signature or seal, penalty. — Any person who with intent to defraud uses on a public security or an instrument of payment a facsimile signature, or any reproduction of it, of any authorized officer; or any facsimile seal, or any reproduction of it, of this state or any of its departments, agencies, or other instrumentalities or of any of its political subdivisions is guilty of a felony and shall be punishable by imprisonment for not less than two or more than ten years in an institution designated by the state division of corrections. ­­-------- (L. 1959 S.B. 119 § 4)
