Title VIII PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, BONDS AND RECORDS Chapter 105 • Effective - 28 Aug 1997 105.472. Violation of law — complaint — oath. — All complaints against lobbyists, elected or appointed officials, including judges, or employees of the state or any political subdivision thereof shall be made in writing to the Missouri ethics commission. The complaints shall name the person allegedly violating the provisions of sections 105.450 to 105.482, the nature of the violation and the date of the commission of the violation and shall be signed by the complainant and shall contain the complainant's statement under oath that the complainant believes, to the best of the complainant's knowledge, the truthfulness of the statements contained therein. ­­-------- (L. 1978 H.B. 1610 § 11, A.L. 1990 H.B. 1650 & 1565, A.L. 1997 S.B. 16)
