Definitions. — For the purposes of sections 105.600 to 105.650 the following words and phrases have the meanings ascribed to them in this section: (1) 'Receiving agency', any department or agency of the federal government or a state government which receives an employee of another government under sections 105.600 to 105.650; (2) 'Sending agency', any department or agency of the federal government or a state government which sends any employee thereof to another government agency under sections 105.600 to 105.650. -------- (L. 1967 p. 194 § 1)
