Photographic copies of records. — Wherever the statute authorizes books or records to be rebound, or their contents transcribed into new books, or new indexes to be made, the making of photographic copies of said books, records or indexes shall be deemed transcribing and the binding together of such photographic copies shall be deemed rebinding of such records within the meaning of this section. -------- (RSMo 1939 § 3650) Prior revisions: 1929 § 3260; 1919 § 10622
