Title X TAXATION AND REVENUE Chapter 135 • Effective - 06 Jul 1992, see footnote 135.240. Employees for which employer may claim training credit. — The provisions of subdivision (3) of section 135.225 and section 135.230 shall apply to employees determined to: (1) Be difficult to employ.
