Title X TAXATION AND REVENUE Chapter 135 • Effective - 28 Aug 1995 135.359. Rules authorized, procedure. — The director or the commission may require the filing of additional documentation necessary to determine the accuracy of a tax preference claimed under the provisions of this section through the promulgation of rules.
