Title X TAXATION AND REVENUE Chapter 137 • Effective - 28 Aug 1959 137.295. Clerk to make statement. — When the books or lists for the collectors are completed, the county clerks shall make a complete statement of the assessment and taxes charged, on blanks and in conformity to instructions furnished by the director of revenue. The collector shall subscribe a receipt for the tax book on the statement.
