Title X TAXATION AND REVENUE Chapter 150 • Effective - 28 Aug 1939 150.450. Enforcement of law. — The informing or prosecuting officer of the counties and municipal corporations in this state shall enforce the provisions of this law, and prosecute violations thereof.
