State aid, nonresident student enrolled in option district to be counted as resident. — Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 163 to the contrary, for the purposes of determining state aid, a nonresident student enrolled pursuant to sections 162.1040 to 162.1059 in an enrollment option district shall be counted as a resident pupil. -------- (L. 1994 H.B. 1218 § 4)
