Title XI EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES Chapter 162 • Effective - 28 Aug 2008 162.810. Employees not to have interest in sales to schools, penalty. — No employee of Missouri schools for the severely disabled, the Missouri School for the Blind or the Missouri School for the Deaf shall keep for sale or be interested, directly or indirectly, in the sale or exchange of any school furniture or apparatus, books, maps, charts, stationery, or other property or food used in the schools.
