Title XI EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES Chapter 162 • Effective - 28 Aug 1974 162.940. Tuition fees, how set — who shall pay. — The board of education of the special school district shall determine as nearly as possible the per capita cost of its programs and file the same with the state department of elementary and secondary education. Upon approval thereof by the state department of elementary and secondary education, the board of education of the special school district shall require of all resident students over twenty-one years of age and all nonresident students desiring to participate in the programs of the special school district a tuition fee in an amount approved by the state department of elementary and secondary education. ­­-------- (L. 1973 H.B. 474 § 59, A.L. 1974 S.B. 571)
