Title XI EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES Chapter 163 • Effective - 01 Jul 2006, see footnote 163.071. State aid for pupils residing on federal lands. — 1. If federal regulations permit inclusion of federal impact aid received pursuant to P.L. 81-874, in part or in full, as a component of local effort in this chapter, then the weighted average daily attendance for a district which provides an approved program for pupils residing on federal lands shall include those pupils residing on federal lands in the district. 2. If federal regulations forbid inclusion of federal impact aid received pursuant to P.L. 81-874, in part or in full, as a component of local effort in this chapter, then the weighted average daily attendance for a district which provides an approved program for pupils residing on federal lands shall not include those pupils residing on federal lands in the district and the district shall be entitled to state aid for pupils residing on federal lands in an amount to be determined as follows: the total amount apportioned to the district by the state under section 163.031 for resident pupils shall be divided by the average daily attendance of resident pupils in the district and the
