Title XI EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES Chapter 165 Effective - 28 Aug 1977 165.061. Treasurer, duties of. — From and after the approval of his bond as such, the treasurer of each seven-director school district shall receive all moneys belonging to the district, from whatever source derived, and deposit and pay out the same upon checks or orders for payment as provided in section 165.021.
