Title XI EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES Chapter 166 • Effective - 28 Aug 1963 166.041. State board of education to keep account with treasurer — suits to recover money due. — 1. The state board of education shall keep a regular account with the state treasurer and all other persons in relation to the state public school fund. 2.
