Title XI EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES Chapter 171 Effective - 27 Jun 1973, see footnote 171.091. Board may provide adult classes out of certain funds. — The school board of any school district in this state may provide for the gratuitous education of persons over twenty years of age, resident in the school district.
