Title XI EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES Chapter 172 Effective - 28 Aug 1945 172.730. Disposition of funds collected under provisions of Morrill bill. — All funds collected under the provisions of an act of congress, approved August 30, 1890, commonly known as the 'Morrill bill', shall be paid as follows: One-sixteenth thereof for the benefit of the Lincoln University and one-fourth of the remainder to the treasurer of the University of Missouri-Rolla, and the remainder shall be paid to the treasurer of the state university for the benefit of the agricultural college. ­­-------- (RSMo 1939 § 10886, A.L. 1945 p. 1634 § 14) Prior revisions: 1929 § 9727; 1919 § 11599; 1909 § 11171
