Authorized actions of the board. — The board may: (1) Enter into agreements with and receive grants from the United States government in connection with federal programs of assistance to students of postsecondary education; (2) Contract with public agencies or private persons or organizations for the purpose of carrying out the administrative functions imposed upon it by sections 173.095 to 173.180; (3) Call upon agencies of the state which have actuarial or financial expertise for consultation and advice, and upon any agency of the state for assistance in the location of delinquent borrowers. -------- (L. 1981 H.B. 326)
