Midwestern higher education commission — members. — Missouri shall appoint members to the midwestern higher education commission as follows: (1) The governor or his designee shall be a member; (2) The speaker of the house of representatives shall appoint one member of the house and the president pro tem of the senate shall appoint one member of the senate as members; (3) Two at-large members from the field of higher education shall be appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate. -------- (L. 1990 H.B. 1142)
