Definitions. — As used in sections 178.295 to 178.298, the following words and phrases mean: (1) 'Domicile', the place of residence of a child's parents or legal guardian; (2) 'Facility', a place where juveniles are detained pursuant to section 211.141 or placed pursuant to section 211.181; (3) 'Legal guardian', the person appointed by a probate division, circuit court of competent jurisdiction as the guardian of the child's person. -------- (L. 1982 S.B. 466 § 1 subsecs. 6, 7, A.L. 1989 H.B. 502, et al. merged with S.B. 163)
