County commissions authorized to provide for public war memorials — issuance of bonds. — The county commissions of the several counties of this state are hereby authorized to purchase land, establish, construct and maintain a public war memorial and community building and may issue bonds therefor in accordance with the general law governing the issuance of bonds by counties. -------- (L. 1945 p. 1316 § 1)
