Severability clause. — If any provision of sections 191.1164 to 191.1168 or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of sections 191.1164 to 191.1168 which may be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of sections 191.1164 to 191.1168 are severable. -------- (L. 2019 S.B. 514)
