Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 191 • Effective - 28 Aug 1980 191.210. Attendance of patient by private physician. — Any person having any relative committed to the custody of any institution under the control of the state department of social services may, at their own expense, employ a licensed physician or other qualified practitioner to administer treatments to such patients. Persons so employed shall confine such treatment to the individual patient concerned.
