Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 196 • Effective - 28 Aug 1955 196.323. Kinds of eggs which may be sold. — 1. Only eggs of the quality standard designated Grade 'AA', Grade 'A', Grade 'B', or Grade 'C', shall be sold to any consumer by any person. 2. Inedible eggs shall not be bought, sold or trafficked in and any inedible eggs found in the hands of any person are declared to be contraband and shall be destroyed as contraband.
