Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 196 • Effective - 28 Aug 1945 196.515. Revocation of license — enforcement. — 1. Failure on the part of any locker plant operator to properly comply with the provisions of sections 196.450 to 196.515 shall authorize and empower the director to refuse to license or to revoke or suspend any license of the offending operator. 2.
