Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 196 • Effective - 28 Aug 1949 196.835. Penalty. — Any person offending against any provision of sections 196.820 to 196.830 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than twenty-five dollars, and each receptacle unlawfully dealt with as herein provided shall be deemed and held to constitute a separate offense. ­­-------- (RSMo 1939 § 14092, A. 1949 S.B. 1053) Prior revisions: 1929 § 12453; 1919 § 12024
