Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 197 • Effective - 28 Aug 1953 197.090. Existing hospitals to be allowed time to meet standards. — Any hospital which is in operation at the time of the promulgation of any applicable rule or regulation or minimum standard under this law shall be given a reasonable time under the particular circumstances not to exceed two years from the date of such promulgation within which to comply with such rules and regulations and minimum standards. -------- (L. 1953 p. 631 § 9)
