Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 197 • Effective - 28 Aug 1992 197.268. Complaints, grounds, review. — The department shall receive, process, and dispose of complaints against a hospice. Any person may complain of any suspected abuse, neglect, or misappropriation by a hospice or employee of a hospice.
