Missouri rehabilitation center, University of Missouri to operate, duties for brain injury — department to provide rehabilitation and tuberculosis treatment. — The curators of the University of Missouri shall provide for the care of persons needing brain injury and other rehabilitation subject to appropriation by the general assembly.
