Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 199 • Effective - 28 Aug 2011 199.031. Federal grants, department may receive, purposes — application. — 1. The department may receive federal grants and aids for injury prevention and for persons with brain injuries and brain injury rehabilitation under the terms of the grants and aids and administer or pay them out subject to the provisions attached. 2.
