Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 199 • Effective - 28 Aug 2013, 2 histories 199.250. Facilities, contracts with, costs, how paid. — 1. The department of health and senior services may contract for such facilities as are necessary to carry out the functions of sections 199.010 to 199.350. Such contracts shall be exempt from the competitive bidding requirements of chapter 34. 2.
