Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 205 • Effective - 28 Aug 1951 205.090. Report to county commission — estimated budget. — 1. On or before the seventh day of January in each year, the board of health center trustees shall file with the county commission a report of their proceedings with reference to the county health center and a sworn statement of all receipts and expenditures during the preceding calendar year. 2.
