Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 208 Effective - 28 Aug 1994 208.341. School programs — postponing sexual involvement — QUEST — rites of passage. — 1. The department of elementary and secondary education shall offer, upon request, to all schools the 'Postponing Sexual Involvement Program'. 2. The department of social services shall establish one additional location for the program known as 'QUEST'.
