Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 208 • Effective - 28 Aug 1994 208.479. Regulations must be provided to interested parties prior to filing with secretary of state. — No regulations implementing sections 208.450* to 208.475 may be filed with the secretary of state without first being provided to interested parties registered on a list of such parties to be maintained by the director of social services.
