Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 209 • Effective - 28 Aug 1939 209.140. Persons violating provisions of law guilty of misdemeanor. — Any person or persons found guilty of violating any of the provisions of sections 209.010 to 209.160 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor; and any person who shall willfully and fraudulently violate any of the provisions of sections 209.010 to 209.160 for the purpose of obtaining any benefits thereunder, to which such person is not entitled, shall, in addition to the penalties otherwise provided herein, forfeit all right to future benefits hereunder. ­­-------- (RSMo 1939 § 9463) Prior revision: 1929 § 8905
