Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 210 • Effective - 28 Aug 1993 210.050. Reporting required. — In reporting every birth, and stillbirth, physicians and other persons attending pregnancy cases and required to report births and stillbirths, shall state on the report of birth, or stillbirth, whether a blood test for syphilis has been made during such pregnancy upon a specimen of venous blood taken from the woman who bore the child, and, if made, the date when and where such test was made, and if not made, the reason why such test was not made. Physicians and other persons shall also report whether a blood test for hepatitis B was performed in accordance with section 210.030.
