Access to child and care providers during normal hours — exception court orders restricting access. — Any parent or guardian of a child shall have access to the child care facility in which his child is enrolled and which is licensed pursuant to the provisions of sections 210.201 to 210.245 and shall have access to the providers of care in such facilities during normal hours of operation or when a child of such parent or guardian is in the care of such facility or provider, unless such parent or guardian is subject to a court order restricting access to the child. -------- (L. 1993 H.B. 376)
