Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 210 • Effective - 28 Aug 2024, 3 histories 210.275. Child care provided only to school-age children must comply with child-care licensure provisions. — Any program licensed by the department of elementary and secondary education pursuant to this chapter providing child care to only school-age children shall comply with the child-care licensure provisions in this chapter; except that, for safety, health and fire purposes, all buildings and premises for any such programs shall be deemed to be in compliance with the child-care licensure provisions in this chapter. ­­-------- (L. 2001 S.B. 236 § 1, A.L. 2022 S.B. 683, A.L. 2024 S.B. 1111)
