Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE Chapter 211 • Effective - 28 Aug 1993 211.023. Juvenile court commissioner, appointment, where, term, compensation. — In each county of the first class having a charter form of government, except those counties having a family court as provided in sections 487.010 to 487.190, a majority of the circuit judges, en banc, may appoint one or two persons who shall have the same qualifications as a circuit judge to act as commissioners. The commissioners shall be appointed for a term of four years.
