Reports on delinquency and prevention by court on request by division of youth services. — The juvenile division of each circuit court shall report statistics and information relating to the nature, extent and causes of and conditions contributing to the delinquency of children and information relating to the existence and effectiveness of delinquency prevention and rehabilitation programs operated by the courts, upon request of the division of youth services, to the division of youth services. -------- (L. 1982 H.B. 1171, et al.)
