Debt service reserve fund — deposits to — investment of. — The commission may establish a special fund to be known as the 'Debt Service Reserve Fund', and shall pay into such debt service reserve fund: (1) Any moneys appropriated and made available by the state for the purposes of such fund; (2) Any proceeds from the sale of bonds by the commission, to the extent provided in the resolution of the commission authorizing the issuance thereof; and (3) Any other moneys which may be made available to the commission for the purpose of such fund from any other source or sources.
