Title XIII CORRECTIONAL AND PENAL INSTITUTIONS Chapter 217 Effective - 28 Aug 1989 217.128. Employee held hostage eligible for paid leave of absence. — In the event that an employee of the department is determined to have been held hostage, the employee shall be eligible for paid leave of absence for a period of up to sixty days, as determined by a licensed physician, psychiatrist, or licensed psychologist to be necessary for recovery from stress.
