Handbook of rules governing conduct of parolees furnished to whom, duties of board. — The members of the board shall prepare and cause to be published a handbook containing all rules, regulations, and suggestions governing the conduct of parolees. Handbooks shall be furnished to all parolees and to any employer of a parolee who requests it. The handbook shall be continuously revised and updated by the board. -------- (L. 1982 H.B. 1196 § 120)
