Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2014 227.316. Thomas Wesley Benoist Memorial Highway designated for a portion of State Highway U in Washington County. — The portion of State Highway U from the intersection of Province Road to the intersection of State Highway 8 in Washington County shall be designated the 'Thomas Wesley Benoist Memorial Highway'. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway with the costs to be paid by private donations. -------- (L. 2014 H.B. 1866)
