Title XIV ROADS AND WATERWAYS Chapter 227 Effective - 28 Aug 2004 227.339. Trooper Russell Harper Memorial Highway designated for a portion of U.S. Highway 60. — The portion of U.S. Highway 60 one mile east of U.S. Highway 65 to the U.S. Highway 60 and U.S. Highway 65 intersection shall be designated the 'Trooper Russell Harper Memorial Highway'.
